Jonathon Ross is an American public official, whose January 2026 shooting of an unarmed civilian stirred controversy.[1]
Government career
[edit | edit source]Ross served in Iraq, as a machine gunner, on a "gun truck", prior to taking a position in the US Border Patrol, after he retired from the US military in 2007.[1] In 2015 he joined Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
