Kevin Mullins was an American who served as a Judge in Letcher County, Kentucky, until he was shot, 8 times in his judge's chambers.[1][2][3]
His friend and colleague, sheriff Mickey Stines, was arrested and charged with the killing. The Press has released video of Stines standing and aiming his gun at Mullins, explaining they withheld the actual moment of the shootng as "too graphic".[1][2][3]
After the shooting women who stood before Mullins, in court, came forward, claiming Mullins ran his court "like a brothel", and had forced them to engage in sexual relations, against their will.[4]
