Mchezo

Mchezo is a Rwandan organization, performing several marketing activities in Africa.

The Managing Director Ntoudi Mouyelo (also holding CCO title), completed his studies in Montreal (Canada) after a succesful career at Banque Internationale a Luxembourg, directing Amicorp or once back in Rwanda as CIO of the Kigali International Financial Centre. Has been working in the company since 2022, and decided to focus the company in developing opportunities to Africans through sports. After becoming owners of Betpawa group, they dedicated part of the budget to contribute in several to african sport.

Mchezo campaigns supporting african sport[edit]

  • Sponsoring the Ghana premier league under the name "Betpawa Premier League" in a $6.000.000 agreement which will report to each participating team +$25.000 for their yearly budget.
  • Sponsoring the Rwanda Basketball league for 3 years in a 405 Million deal, which aims to place Rwanda basketball on top of any other african country.
  • Campaign Dream Makers contributed to fulfill the most inspiring dream of thousands of african citizens.
  • Locker Room Bonus was another campaign to support football teams in Ghana, by providing cash for improving, the facilities, sports equipment, or others for each match winning team.
  • Elevating Uganda Football was another deal with Uganda FUFA in which Betpawa will destinate 1.1 Bn to contribute to Uganda youth football promotion.
  • The Tennis Rwandan Children Association also reached recently an agreement to promote Tennis among the young players in their country.
  • Through Betpawa, Mchezo also supported a recently creation tournament in Lesotho: "Lesotho's People Cup"

Mchezo, supporting also local culture[edit]

Despite the many actions the company is promoting through sports. Mchezo also tries to support overall culture, and participaed proactively on the event "Empawa Africa". Such deal generated a wrong social assumption that Nigerian Artist: Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade was somehow connectd to the company, but the truth is Mr. Eazi (as he is known with his stage name) is not owner of Betpawa, and not related to Mchezo.
