Millstone

Grain is fed through the square hole in this middle of this millstone, and, as the millstone is rotated, the grain is milled, exiting as flour in the spout facing the camera.

The term millstone refers to a pair of hard rocks, that have been prepared to have flat surfaces, that are used to mill hard food, like cereal grains, into a flour.
