River Doethie

The River Doethie (Afon Doethie in Welsh) is a river in rural Wales. It is about 10 km long, and is a tributary of the River Towy.

The source of the Doethie Fawr ("big Doethie") is at Llyn Berwyn in the uplands of the Elenydd, and it joins the Doethie Fach ("little Doethie") in the far south-east of Ceredigion. The river then flows mostly south, briefly forming the border between Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire, before it joins the River Towy.
