The River Doethie (Afon Doethie in Welsh) is a river in rural Wales. It is about 10 km long, and is a tributary of the River Towy.[1]

The source of the Doethie Fawr ("big Doethie") is at Llyn Berwyn in the uplands of the Elenydd, and it joins the Doethie Fach ("little Doethie") in the far south-east of Ceredigion. The river then flows mostly south, briefly forming the border between Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire, before it joins the River Towy.
