Abermeurig

Abermeurig is a small village in Ceredigion, Wales. It is located north of Lampeter and south-west of Aberaeron, at the confluence of a small stream with the River Aeron. In the modern community boundaries, it lies on the border of Nantcwnlle and Llanfihangel Ystrad.[1]
There is a former methodist chapel in the village. It was one of the Cilgwyn group of Presbyterian churches, and was built in 1698, and rebuilt 4 times, in 1772, 1816, 1826, and 1890.[2] It closed in 2011.
Nearby is a small forest, Allt Abermeurig.
