Cardiff, known as Caerdydd in Welsh, is a city on the south coast of Wales. It is the largest city in Wales, and is Wales's capital city.

Cardiff has a football club competing in the EFL League One (as of 2025-26), they are Cardiff City FC.

The pirate Henry Morgan is thought to be from the Cardiff area.
