Encyc talk:Copyrights
Since when does Blissy get to set policy around here? Given that the statement on the policy page makes very strong claims as to what the site owner will do, this gives good cause to indicate that Encyc.org and its owner can and will police content, and in doing so, claim editorial rights and responsibilities associated with same.
Just sayin', is all. If this is offical policy, this means that Encyc.org and its overlords are no longer claiming 'common carrier' status, thus making them liable under law for certain matters.
Let's see if this policy has any teeth. I'd like to see Emperor removing any and all false statements made by Blissyu2 on this site, per policy. There are plenty. Failing to do so will indicate a failure of duty to police content for veracity.

- You're right. Content within this MediaWiki is GFDL. I also don't want to police content. I make an effort to remove offensive content, things like dirty words and hate speech, but I'm not "policing" things for truth or anything like that. To be honest, even if I wanted to check all this Wikipedia political stuff for truth, there'd be no way I could do it. It's way too convoluted. Emperor 07:09, 25 September 2008 (EDT)
Wikipedia switch-a-roo[edit]
Looks like Wikipedia might switch from GFDL to CC-by-SA. Keeping in mind that the only reason I picked GFDL here was to be as compatible with Wikipedia as possible, does anyone mind if we switch when they do? Emperor 02:59, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

- Alright. It's neutral-point of view time (and that would be mine). Bliss: This issue with Alison has gone on long enough. Either be clear and identify what she's done to offend you & you two can work things out like adults or you can stop this from continuing, okay? It doesn't look good for other people to come to this site and see petty squabbles. If you don't like Alison for whatever reason and you feel you cannot work together, then DON'T.
