Kim Song-ae

Kim Song-ae was the second wife of North Korea's first communist leader, Kim Il-sung.[1] She bore three of hischildren: Kim Kyong-jin, Kim Pyong-il and Kim Yong-il, born in 1953, 1954, and 1957, respectively.

When her husband died she did her best to see her second son, Kim Pyong-il, serve as his successor.[1]
