Talk:Association of Independent Wikis
Add topicI have a duality of hosting some of my own wikis while also being a regular contributor on Fandom, trying to balance out the two. However, I am weary of wiki alliances, having had awful experiences with them myself. That point aside, how will this look like? - I haven't heard of either of those. Do you have links? Maybe I am just really out of the loop.
- My idea would be something very loose and not too time-consuming, that wouldn't try to impose standards or make too many decisions. I don't want to get bogged down in bureaucracy or power-tripping. I was thinking it could be something we could mention that might build some brand trust among the public and help SEO. We'd agree to generally try to get along and say nice things about each other. We could let each other know when changes are being made to the MediaWiki software and try to advocate for our needs. Enki (talk) 17:37, 7 December 2025 (UTC)
