Honddu Isaf

Honddu Isaf is a community in Powys, Wales. It is located just north of Brecon in the historic area of Brecknockshire.

It was created in 1986[1] from the communities of Llandefailog Fach, Garthbrengy and Llanfihangel Fechan. It includes the villages of Garthbrengy, Pwllgloyw, Sarnau, Llandyfaelog Fach, and Lower Chapel. In 2011 it had a population of 445.

The name of the community refers to its position on the River Honddu, "isaf" means lower.
