Provenance[edit]

I first wrote this material on the Citizendium, a non-WMF wiki, in December 2023. It was subsequently deleted there because some people thought Ms Lieu was insufficiently notable. Nationality...[edit]

I am not an expert on accents, but I think Dr Lieu sounds British. She could be someone born in the USA who sounds British because she was raised in Britain. Geo Swan (talk) 22:43, 7 January 2025 (EST)

Pictures of Dr Lieu[edit]

I am going to restore the original picture of Dr. Lieu. I uploaded it, and know it is fair use. Another image of her has been uploaded. I ran tineye on it, which showed it was uploaded and used in 2017, so I think it too is a fair use images. But its image description page doesn't say so, and doesn't lis the source. I thought it was important for the description page to list the image's source.

I thought it was important for the description page to explicitly say if the image was public domain, or distributed under a "free license", or used under a claim of "fair use".
