  1. The Wizard of Oz is basically the best movie ever. It was the first major movie in color and stars Judy Garland. It tells the story of young Dorothy who finds herself far from home in the land of Oz. Dorothy makes friends with a cowardly lion, a scarecrow, and the tin man. Together they run away from the Wicked Witch of the West to get to the Emerald City. Many believe that all movies are trying to create a movie with a similar format to The Wizard of Oz.

  3. Saving Private Ryan - best war movie ever made
  4. Young Frankenstein - Great comedy and great black and white visual style
  5. Monty Python and the Holy Grail - Silly movie about King Arthur.
  6. Airplane! - Silly disaster movie.
  7. Ruthless People - Second greatest 80s comedy in a decade of great comedies
  8. Office Space - Documentary of modern office jobs.
  9. The Fellowship of the Ring - Best of the Lord of the Rings movies.
  10. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - Villain literally pulls human hearts out.

  20. The Caine Mutiny - About the strawberries, using mathematical precision. Humphrey Bogart.

  22. True Romance - greatest Tarantino movie even though he only wrote it.
