Carnivora
Carnivora are one of the largest orders of Eutheria. As the name suggests, they are mostly carnivores.
There are ten families (excluding extinct animals):
- Canidae (dogs, wolves, jackals, foxes)
- Ursidae (bears)
- Procyonidae (raccoons, pandas)
- Mustelidae (weasels, ferrets, stoats, badgers, skunks, otters, martens)
- Viverridae (civets, mongooses)
- Hyaenidae (hyaenas)
- Felidae (cats, jaguars lions, panthers, pumas, cheetahs, tigers, ocelots, leopards)
- Otariidae (sea lions)
- Odobenidae (walruses)
- Phocidae (seals)
